Zéfs The Thunder Lord
Zéfs is range/mage who deal damage in aoe. He is good at teamfighting with his ult. To create him, I take inspiration from Zeus, the god of thunder and storm. His gameplay focus on having storm level.
Ability:
[Passive] Side Lightning: When Zéfs cast ability, a side lightning, that start from the ability target location, will bounce on up to three other target (It’s like the Static Shiv Passive). The side lightning will always bounce on a target that is in a 300 radius area around the precedent target. It can bounce on a structure and it’s won’t be count as a target, but it cannot bounce 2 time in row on a structure. Enemies hit by the side lightning take 50% of the damage deal by the ability. The side lightning will priories champion and an enemy can only be hit once. (Basically, the side lightning can bounce 3 time on an enemy and infinitely on a structure)
[Q] Thunder: Passive: This ability gains 150 ranges per Storm Level.
Active: A lightning fall at the target location (the lightning take 0,25 second to fall) (it’s not an aoe area ability). If it touches an enemy, it deals 100/115/130/145/160 (+50% of his AP) magic damage to him. This ability applies on hit effect (Critical strike will deal 200% of the magic damage of this ability). The side lightning will start from where the lightning fall.
Range: 1000 Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 mana Cool down: 2 seconds
[W] Flash Intra Cloud: Passive: The radius area size is increase by 100 per Storm Level.
Active: Enemies hit by an ability or a side lightning are mark for 3 seconds. In a 200 radius area, Zéfs create a lightning between marked enemies; dealing them 80/110/140/170/200 (+60% of his AP) magic damage. This ability needs a least 2 marked enemies to works and it won’t hits unmarked enemy. This ability gains bonus effect depending on how many enemies were touches. 3 or more: The cool down is reduced by 4 seconds. 4 or more: The enemies touches are stun for 1,5 seconds. 5 or more: The ability deals double damage (critical strike). A side lightning will start from each marked enemy that was hit.
Range: 900 Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 mana Cool down: 12 seconds
[E] Thunder Storm: Passive: When an enemy is hit by a side lightning, Zéfs gains 1 charge. At 15 charges he gains Storm Level 1 effect, at 33 charges he gains Storm Level 2 effect and at 54 charges he gains Storm Level 3 effect. Zéfs will lose 3 charges each second when he didn’t deal or take damage for more than 8 seconds or when he dies.
Storm Level 1: The side lightning bounce range is double and it deal 75% of the damage deal by the ability.
Storm Level 2: Zéfs basic attack reduces the cool down of Giant Thunderbolt [R] by 1 second. His basic attack also applies charge on the target that will be consumed to deal him 10 magic damage per charge when the target is hit by Zéfs abilities. An enemy will lose his charge when he is out for more than 5 seconds. (In addition to the precedent bonus)
Storm Level 3: Thunder [Q] gains 70% critical strike chance. Zéfs abilities (only Q and W) gains 40% magic penetration. The side lightning start with 30% magic penetration and lose 10% per bounce. (In addition to the precedent bonus)
[R] Giant Thunderbolt: Zéfs need to be at least Storm Level 1 Zéfs create a big thunderstorm over a target 1000 radius area for 6,5 seconds. Reactive this ability again to select or change the target. The number of lightning depends on the Storm Level.
Storm Level 1: A giant lightning will fall on the target after 2,5 seconds, dealing 300/600/900 (+120% of his AP) magic damage. Storm Level 2: A giant lightning will fall on the target 2 seconds after the precedent lightning, dealing 300/600/900 (+120% of his AP) magic damage. Storm Level 3: A giant lightning will fall on the target 2 second after the precedent lightning, dealing 300/600/900 (+120% of his AP) magic damage. The enemy can’t see the area on the ground but they can see the storm over it.
Range: Global Cost: 150/200/250 mana Cool down: 180 seconds
