Lore He came in, outraged as usual. An absolute raging brute of a man. "WHERE IS YOUR RENT" he demanded I slid a small envelope to him across the coffee table. he bent down and observed the contents, all anger draining from his face. and suddenly it flooded back. "This wont be enough this time Verona. I need more because lowlifes like you skip your payments. Sometimes I wonder how in hell I keep the lights on in this place." I shrugged. "It's all I got honey." He hated when I called Him that. "Then you are gonna see my boss and explain to him!" He snarled. He yanked my from my perch in the armchair and started to drag me across the living room to the door. Bad move, Bastard suddenly the room was full of smoke and the smell of spent tobacco. I heard his damn voice choking and swearing for every second. That man will probably mumble when he's dead. Then a sudden "gack" and a thump. like clockwork. The smoke cleared and the strained face of a deadman lay on the hardwood. I lit up another cigarette, Tossed a lit lighter on the couch And left.

Abilities

Passive - Ciggie Verona lights a new cigarette every 60 seconds, giving her 15% CDR and Ap that slowly decay by .5% per second to 0% after 30 seconds. after 30 seconds of having a new cigarette, it burns out, and Verona becomes irritated, slowly increasing her damage to champions and minions by .5% every second to 15% over 30 seconds. When she lights a new one, this bonus is taken away, and the cycle starts again.

Verona is also hyper resistant to poisons and toxins in the air, reducing damage from Singed's poison cloud, Teemo's mushrooms, and Cassiopeia's miasma by 40%.

** Q - Billowing Beauty** Verona exhales, blowing a cloud of smoke in a large cone in front of her, blinding enemies and doing 75/125/175/225/275 magic damage plus 40% ap If Billowing Beauty hits any Smoke Clouds* (see below) they drift forward in the direction they were pushed.

**W - Asphyxiate ** "Choke on that!" Toggle on - When Verona basic attacks, she gains 2/4/6/8/10 ability power, stacking 3 times. this buff disappears after 5 seconds of not attacking. it can be extended by casting spells or doing damage to an enemy

Toggle off - Every time Verona casts a spell, lights a new cigarette, takes more than 300 damage, or kills an enemy champion, she lets loose a small cloud of smoke that randomly drifts around the map, granting vision to Verona and her allies and obstructing vision behind it and inside it to enemies. they last for 7 minutes or until run into by an enemy champion, then doing 70 plus 5% ap in true damage.

E - Light 'Em Up "For you my lovelies" Verona throws a lighter in a straight line, setting enemies ablaze, burning them for 20/30/40/50/60 true damage every second for 5 seconds. If an enemy set ablaze is hit by a smoke cloud, they take double the damage from the cloud.

R - Magic Smoke "You're letting the smoke out, Darling" Verona deeply inhales on a special cigarette, slowly dragging in nearby enemies against their will. after 4 seconds of this, Verona lets lose a gigantic cloud of toxic blue smoke, doing 200/400/600 plus 50% ap, and detonating all lose clouds within range, doing their damage in a small aoe blast.

Description

Verona is a ranged mid laner who excels at keeping vision across the map, punishing bad ganks, and melting tanks and squishies alike. She also has an added resistance to airborne poisons, making her a good counter to poison users.

Building Verona is quite an easy task, and it costs less than usual mage builds reccomended would be and this gives her some bulk and a lot of DOT potential
