Exterminator Twitch: Twitch's forgotten skin

Recently, I was going through rather old League content & came across this Skin for League's favorite Rat, Twitch. http://upload.inven.co.kr/upload/2014/04/12/bbs/i1493894283.png Apparently, it was a Skin Concept that was created back before Twitch's Visual Upgrade & since his VU, we haven't heard much about this skin. While He definitely got newer skins since his VU (Pickpocket Twitch & SSW Twitch), this one has always been on my mind. With how Riot's has been handling & desiging skins as of late (Particle FX, Model work, ect.) , I wonder if they could further improve on this & possibly make this into a Legendary Skin (Or at the very least, 1350 at best) in the near future. What are your thoughts about this skin?

I'm kinda surprised they haven't explored the Haz-mat style more - the Donger has a pretty cool one, but I always thought we could use more, like, maybe Nautilus or using this Twitch concept as a starting point for a fully-developed skin for him??

I think that it would make a good 975 skin. All they need to change is the casket and possibly his poison marker, give him a fancy recall, and that's that. It can utilize a lot of his base elements effectively to merit those few changes.

There's a lot of good skin concepts for Twitch. And they release skins for champions that have a lot of skins already, like Sona (i don't know why the fuck they release the Sweetheart one, it was pointless after the ultimate skin), Teemo and now Varus (with the Heartseeker, Swiftbolt and now Dark Star).
