As always all feedback is welcome and i will try to reply when possible

Selah the True Virtuoso

"Music is Freedom" Champion select quote

The Concept Selah is a utility mage who excels in wombo combo teams. Her damage is completely AoE however is fairly situational making it difficult to hit a full combo without prior stacks of Ovation. Her laning phase is sub-par as she has very little duelling potential however her followup is very strong alongside junglers with a little bit of CC allowing her to chain her abilities together with ease. In team fights she can control the tempo of the team fight with a perfect ultimate and good use of Shared Spotlight can allow her to play as a secondary form of initiation or even turn around a successful catch by the enemy on one of her carries.

Background To outsiders, Noxus is nothing more than a ruthless bloodthirsty nation that excels at warfare. But even military nations have their own culture. Selah, a young girl born into obscurity was destined for nothing more than a low level military education until she found her calling. Using what little money they had, her parents enrolled her into a music school hoping that their daughter would one day amount to greatness. And their prayers were answered. It was as if Selah had been born with her sole purpose being to play music. She mastered every instrument the school had to offer but always came back to the first instrument that called to her, the violin. She soon became a star in the classical world, a soloist without peer. Despite her skill not everything fell into place. Selah was barred from playing events in Demacia and Ionia purely based on her heritage as a full blooded Noxian. She now travels the world playing for all she comes across in the hopes of proving that even Noxus has its bright side.

Attack Range: 550 Movement Speed: 340 Position: Mid/Support

Passive: Standing Ovation

Selah's abilities add a stack of Ovation. Upon reaching 5 stacks, the target is charmed taking 40/80/120/160 (+0.4 AP) magic damage and is forced to walk harmlessly towards Selah for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Basic attacks refresh the cool-down. This cannot happen more than once every 6 seconds. Level 1/7/13

**Q: ** Passive: Interlude After each spell cast, Selah's next basic attack within the next 3 seconds deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.2 AP) and adds a stack of Ovation.

Active: Saltando Selah ups the tempo sending out musical notes in a line that upon contact, ricochets off nearby enemies/allies. Enemies hit by Saltando take 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.6 AP) magic damage and are slowed by 20/24/28/32/36% for 2 seconds. Enemies cannot be hit more then once by this ability.

Range 600 Ricochet range: 300 Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cool-down: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds

W: Fantasia

Selah's music comes to life creating a melodic clone at a target location for 3 seconds. The clone enthralls the nearby audience dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+0.4 AP) magic damage per second to all enemies within the area. Damage is reduced by 5% to a minimum of 80% per 100 units enemies are away from the clone. Damage and Ovation stacks are applied once every 1 second.

Range:600 Radius: 400 Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

E: Shared Spotlight

Selah throws a baton to a target location for 3 seconds. If the baton hits the melodic clone, Selah can switch places with it gaining a 30% movement speed boost for 2 seconds. Alternatively Allies can click on the baton to switch places with Selah.

Range: 600 Mana Cost: 70 at all ranks Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds

Ultimate: Rhythmic Cadence

Selah reaches her finale surrounding the nearby area with her music. Enemies hit by Rhythmic Cadence take 50/75/100 (+0.2 AP) Magic Damage every 0.25 seconds over 2 seconds. A stack of 'Ovation' is added with every tick of damage. Charmed enemies take 50% damage from Rhythmic Cadence. Selah can move during Rhythmic Cadence however she cannot auto-attack or use other abilities.

Maximum Damage: 300/450/600 (+1.2 AP) Radius:500 Mana Cost: 100 at all ranks Cooldown: 120/100/80

It's really nice, it feels like the concept is a mix between Sona and Jhin, but it has a lot of promise, I hope it gets looked at :D

-Note- Not too bad an idea, but this just screams LeBlanc and Ahri rather than Jhin and Sona. The two links had me work with both music (ala Tarter City) for Nura and Noxus for Saishsū.

Let's take a good look at her skills

Passive It's a rather good skill, and serves as a much stronger version of Ahri's "Charm" skills. CD is good as well. Honestly, it works well.

Interlude/Saltando The active works just fine, serving as a nasty group wrecker within the first few seconds upon casting. The passive...well, Kled's much better with his W than this. Perhaps a CD on the Passive for a gamble of what to do.

Fantasia Now this...has so many problems. We don't know what Audience means. We don't know if it can save you from a disaster. And overall, it's too clunky for a build like this.

Shared Spotlight If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Aside from what it can offer for Selah, it's an even worse Thresh's Lantern, as it switches Selah's place with her ally should it not hit your Fantasia clone.

Rhythmic Cadence Ninja Yordles, crying mummies, Scarecrows, FREAKING SWAIN can do so much better than this. While it works well to some degree, if you haven't used your passive well, Rhythmic Cadence's completely useless. Lastly, you didn't mention how long Rhythmic Cadence last.

All in all While a good concept, there's a good reason Sona doesn't move fast - You're using a teleport style on a character build meant for keeping in place and letting foes come to you. Give it a bit more effort, and it can work - but for the time being, Serah shouldn't need to warp from point A to point B while keeping the enemies at bay.

OK need some clarification before i go into this. How many ricochets does Q have or is it like a spell version of sivir W. if it has no max ricochets i'd say cut the damage to a more manageable level. is the clone targetable in any way? E i have no complaints on. unique and effective. What is the duration of the ulti and does the ovation count stop after one champ is charmed or is it once per 6 seconds per champion? I like the kit but the ambiguity is really getting to me.
