It's currently the only one listed as a Limited Skin (which means it's not available through regular sale or Mystery gifts). They have said though that it may be changed to Legacy in the future, but for now it remains one of the more exclusive skins. Making some skins that rare isn't a bad thing. Being a veteran has to have its perks.

Maybe RIOT could maybe hold a special event for CS Riven for 1 day and limited? Nah, that would be unfair. Lets just stick to World's Pick 'em CS Riven. Maybe letting CS Riven on sale would make me lose my interest. Maybe that's why the spice is so high. I understand.
