Although, it could possibly be a teaser, i'm gonna go with the whole: This Is Just Fanart To Make The Place More Lively Theory. It could possibly be a new skin and if it is, thats great but I'm still assuming it was just the screen changing to that one fanart as the picture was snapped.

I am upvoting this thread so that riot will make the skin. Regardless of whether the art is fan made or not.
yes the splash has been around for years but why would riot have this splash in the the article. companies dont do things like that just for the hell of it.
I was wondering if anyone else was thinking about Mecha Rengar...I just finished this rendering of fan art myself. Thoughts? Better/worse? Keep in mind Randy's one is pretty awesome too, just seeing it now.
Rengar's probably not going to be looking at a new skin until those Samsung White skins get made.
I wouldn't call that a Mecha. More like a Cyborg, as if he still has biological parts and isn't just a huge metal machine.
