Looks pretty cool, but they already have an Arcade Jungler, this should be a Boss skin since they only have a support and mid laner for Boss. The only arcade roll not done is mid lane

I think Final Boss Nocturne would be great. I think it should use the body of the top left one, the head of the bottom one, and the blades of the top right one.

I like this idea and personally being a proficient Nocturne player, I like it... However i have to say that Riot makes skins but they are based on the Champion Theme
Arcade would ruin Nocturne's theme and therefore, he would never get an Arcade skin

Mini Boss Nocturne feels better tbh. I don't think Nocturne would be on side with Sona / Miss Fortune etc.

It doesn't very well resemble any game or style and even more I don't get why there would be "pac man" sound effects unless you meant he looks like inky blinky etc then maybe.
IF there was an arcade nocturne I think he should look like a galaga space ship because the way he stands with his armblades already makes him look like a hovering alien spaceship.
