Piltover & Noxus Supports

This is not a concept, more like a rally for a concept.

Demacia has Sona... Freljord has Braum... Targon has Leona... Ionia has...pretty much freaking everyone... Even ZAUN has a support in Blitzcrank and Janna

The only two that have no supports are Noxus and Piltover (though arguably Piltover lists Heimerdonger as a support, and we all know Heimy's too good for that. :P)

I have a concept for a support from Noxus that I hope fits the theme of "Strength above all" but I want to more throw the idea out there that we need to pump some ideas for these two areas, so that Riot can maybe find some inspiration now that the new support is almost ready and the dev teams are going to need a new support champion project soon.

I would like to add that I have been waiting for a void creature support since I joined this game like 6 years ago... (I know some play Velkoz support, but i want a true one!)

Piltover also lacks an AP champion.

I am begging for a Piltover support for quite some time now, but no luck. My favourite trope would be a hikikomori data analyst, someone sitting in safe distance and collecting information through mobile cameras all over Piltover and working together with Piltover's Finest to catch criminals.

I am interested in this idea and need help with my ideas getting large as well for a Darkin support and Darkin marksman. If you are especially familiar with graphic design let me know so we can work with each other!
