Champion Concept: Res Utsuro The Ultimate Magus (WIP)

Appearance: Res face is smooth, her jaw line tight, giving her a slightly thin look, though not to the point where she would be considered malnourished. Her cheek bones are high and give his face a very girlish look. Her chin protrudes very slightly and is without any dimples in the center. Her lips are a slight pinkish, and thin, with her lower lip being slightly thicker than her upper.
Res' skin is slightly pale, like many of her family, it was almost unheard of for a Utsuro to have tan skin. Even the light skin however seemed to emanate the power that was behind it. Res' shoulders where slanted slightly, adding to her girlish look. Her stomach is flat, her abs solid and well formed, with no blemishes around her stomach. Her intense training has left her abs in perfectly smooth formation.
Res stands at an average height of five feet and eight inches, a size that wouldn't cause most to notice, but instead she radiates a confidence that can set a crowd to silence. Her cold emotionless expression causes those that do take notice of her to feel cold, like a finger trailing up their spine sending shivers down their neck. Some have even mistaken her emotionless state to be nothing more than contempt for everyone and everything around him, though not quite untrue, it is more because she prefers to focus on her research. Res rarely shows any signs of exertion regardless of the task, she is determined to never show signs of tiring or that it is even a difficult task. Res may never admit it herself and certainty wouldn't show it, but she feels she has a lot to prove.
Res hair is a dark Blue like most of her family, reaching just a few inches past her lower back. She keeps it well groomed, always smooth and clean. The tips group together making it look like it has been purposely spiked, hanging down over her smooth back.

Playstyle: Res Utsuro is a channel based mage, all of her abilities require her to channel for a short while, however she gains protections during her channeling to keep her safe. Res relies on staying in the back line and get the max channel time out of her Q and W to deal huge burst damage in a large area before using her E to re-position herself in the middle of the fight to get maximum use out of her ultimate. Her ideal lane is mid lane where she is safest and her long range Q can provide safe harass and farming. An unchanneled E does not move her far enough to save her from ganks and the channel time means she is likely to die if she is caught out of position so she must stay safe and have a team that can protect her.
Abilities:
Passive: Channelers Resolve Res gains a shield for 10/25/50/100 at levels 1/6/11/16 any time she begins channeling a spell and lasting for a maximum of 3 seconds While Res has the shield she gains immunity to stuns, fears, and taunts, but leaving her vulnerable to charms, suppression, silence and displacement abilities. Channeling a spell and casting it before the shield runs out and starting a new spell causes the shields to refresh. Res can cast a spell by reactivating it before finishing the full channel for reduced effect based off of how long she channeled for. Interrupting her cast causes the spell to go off early instead of fully canceling it. Her cool downs start from the moment she begins channeling. Res can move at 25% reduced movement speed while channeling a spell.
Q Blast Furnace; Cool down: 10 Res channels for a maximum of three seconds, gaining a red shield, during the channel, that causes those that damage her to take 10/20/30/40/50 (+30% AP) Magic damage over 2 seconds. After channeling Res fires out an orb of fire at 625 range that deals 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 170 (+ 50% AP) that then erupts a line of flame towards the cursors location for 1-3 seconds with anywhere from 200-625 range from the sphere depending on length of time channeled. This line of flame deals 30 / 45 / 60 / 85 / 105 (+ 65% AP) per second.
W Hail storm; Cool down: 14/13/12/11/10 Res channels for a maximum of three seconds, gaining a blue shield, during that channel, that causes those that damage her to be slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1 second. After channeling Res calls down a large shard of ice surrounded by smaller ice balls onto a target area, the area of effect increases larger and larger based off of how long she channeled from a radius of 100 - 400, though the dead center size stays the same at a radius of 50. Those caught in the dead center are snared for .5-2 seconds based off of how long she channeled, while all those in the outer area are slowed by 20/30/40/50/60% while remaining in the slow area. The Hail continues for 1-3 seconds based off of channel time dealing 10 / 25 / 40 / 65 / 85 (+ 30% AP) per second.
E Blitz Bolt; Cool down: 14/13/12/11/10 Res channels for a maximum of three seconds, gaining a golden shield, during that channel, that causes her to emit static shocks to her allies any time she is hit that increases her and her allies movement speed and attack speed by 5/10/15/20/25% for one second. After channeling Res dashes at super high speeds towards the cursor gaining increased range from 200-800 range based off of how long she channeled. Enemies she passes through are stunned for anywhere between .5 - 1.5 seconds and take 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 45% AP) damage regardless of channel time.
R Catastrophe; Cool down: 100/80/60 Res channels for a maximum of three seconds, gaining a double strength cyan shield, during that channel, that causes her enemies to take a charge of cataclysm, if they reach 3 charges they are stunned for 1 second. As soon as she begins channeling she creates a force wall in a triangle shape that encloses an area of about 1500 'radius' around her, this wall can be moved over using mobility moves/ flash and abilities/ attacks move through it normally and enemy non-stealthed champions in the area are revealed. After she finishes channeling the wall drops and three runed orbs, one blue one red and one yellow fly out from her to each corner dealing 50 / 100 / 150(+50% AP) damage to those that they pass through and then they erupt with energy filling the area with fire lightning and ice, slowing all enemies inside by 50% for 1-3 seconds based off of channel time and dealing a minimum of 80 / 120 / 140 (+ 30% AP) and a maximum of 325 / 575 / 725 (+150% AP) and then burns those champions for 100 (+50% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds and have grievous wounds. (Max damage to a single target: 475 / 775 / 975 (+250% AP))
