Wasnt this item removed because of how Rengar was able to abuse it back when he could triple Q AA reset?
If so could we have this back, it was one of my favorites.

No, it was removed because nobody used it. I still don't get that decision, partially because Ohmwrecker has yet to be reworked, but it's their reasoning.
