Is Dark Seal OP?

With Koreas 5 Dark Seal singed build that has been up and coming ive been trying Dark Seal on Kassadin as well, and it has been working incredibly well. I main Kass and have 500~ games on him and normally do pretty well on him anyway, but building 3/4 dark seals + corrupting potion has made my laning phase feel really easy recently, and makes it so I get to my mid game much sooner. Im not sure if I would call Dark Seal OP, but maybe the increased healing from potions should become a unique passive?

All of the Kass games except the very bottom one I got at least 3 dark seals

And then you realize almost all of the AP mages are vulnerable enough to be shutdown easily with team effort, thus ruining the stacks.

Generally the 5 dark seal is used on Singed because the increased regeneration from potions is not unique, so his corrupting pot allows him more sustain. Also it is kinda just BM on singed since it is normal to execute on singed

You are simply trading a strong early game for a weaker late game. A viable strat, wouldn't call it OP.

Ive been doing it on fizz basically anyone who really values potion sustain and is AP oriented can opt into the build ots essemtially a better double dorans start simce your seal can potentially increase in value

If you plan to be in a rather long farm fest then Dark Seal is extremely good,I like starting tear on Singed then two Deal Seal rings and farm all day lol The boost to potions also makes towerdiving alot easier.

The resell value is definitely nice though so not much money wasted really.

Dark Seal wouldnt be good on him even as a troll build, Dark Seal gives 100 mana, and obviously thats a wasted stat on morde

I build Dark Seal on Katarina all the time, even with the wasted mana, it's still a good item.

i always start darkseal on ap ez. i dont need the mana from doran and 3 pot start is nice. also if i start to snowball it turns into a 45 ap item. when i got enough gold for a large rod and got no invy space i just sell it even if its 10 stacks.

The passive stacks so with one potion Singed go from 20% for full! It's broken! Need to be made into unique passive!
