Kraken, The Storm Beast

All abilities present before you will have No Numbers Attached to them (stats, scaling, DMG, etc), this is to prevent people from saying that the damage numbers are far too overpowered for the kit provided. Remember this is a fan made concept, not everyone is perfect. Numbers can be put in over time when you guys or I identify issues with the concept.** To add on I will also provide other abilities or changes to the kit in the notes section of the post.** To be honest, this was a hard concept to put together. Either way enjoy.
Goal of the Concept: In short, the main goal behind this concept was to create a champion that could infinitely pressure enemy champions, objectives and other while being able to stay not too safe. Main ideas that I wanted to add and explore:
- Artillery Mage with Map Control
- A form of infinite flight
- Something in regards to thunder & lightning including a lightning strike

Discussion of Abilities:
######Passive - Incarnate of Storm:
Energy Absorption - The Kraken absorbs energy from auto attacking enemies and being near minions, champions, camps and etc up to a maximum of X stacks. Having X amount of stacks empowers your next ability
Energy Release - Based on what ability is used, it will expense a portion of the collected stacks. Another way stacks are used is if The Kraken is Hard CC'd or takes heavy DMG, X amount of stacks will be used in a shock wave around him. All stacks are lost after death

######Q - Lightning Strike:
Cast a channeling lighting strike upon an area. The channel is a short duration of X amount of seconds which can be moved (Like victor ult). There are 2 parts to the channel. The initial charge up that does X dmg, then the lightning strike actual X DMG.
Empowered: *Hard to explain. The same thing but a slightly longer channel that spirals to the center of the hitbox then releases the DMG. Causes a 20% Slow (All Ranks).

######W - Banshee's Missile:
Fires X amount of small projectiles (Maybe 3 or 4?) towards pointed direction, If all three hit the target, they are stunned for X seconds (All Ranks). This can be also channeled to make one larger projectile which does more DMG but no stun
Condition - If "E" is active, the projectiles will still move in one direction although pass through minions, like it was an aerial projectile.
Empowered: All projectiles are AOE when target is hit.

######E - Traverse:
The Kraken leaps into the air gaining X% MS for 1.5 seconds then continues to fly for X amount of mana per second. Infinite flight as long as you have the mana to do so. This includes flying over terrain
This ability will be canceled if taken heavy damage or heavy CC
Auto attacks become ranged

######R - Hyper Vortex:
The Kraken shoots a large energy wave that Silences, slows and stuns enemies and deals moderate DOT. This ability has the advantage of a short cool-down.
How it works: Immediate Effect - Enemies are silenced for 0.5 or 2 seconds followed by a 25% - 50% Slow. If enemies stay with in the Vortex for too long (4 Seconds?), they are stunned for 2.5 seconds
Empowered: The range on the ability is increased to X

Its ironic that he builds AP and there isn't much of that with in the game at all XD. Ignoring what I just said, the champion is a Artillery Mage with the power to control the game in his own way. Looking at the current kit we have lots of mediocre base dmg, CC , AOE empowered attacks, channels on Q and R, and somewhat DOT on R.

Champion Cinematic Reveal - Not word from word obviously. You start off with Bilgewater theme playing as pirates are on the ship sailing through sea at night The weather is fairly stormy, waves are crashing up and around the ship as it crosses the sea. You get a close up cinematic of some working hard on the ships decks and some having drinks with fellow mates. Proceeding this the camera sharply turns towards open water open water more or less pointed upwards towards the approaching storm clouds. This camera movement is in response to the immediate sounds of thunder and lighting including the sound of the Storm beast. The captain then freaks out and presumes its a Leviathan and prepares the ship to capture, secure or kill the beast. Then again you hear the thunder and lightning and glimpse of the Storm Beast in a form of a dark shadow hidden behind the clouds. The captain says "it can't be". The area goes silent with the exception of the sounds of the clashing waves when suddenly lightning appears out of no where and strikes the ship causing massive damage. Proceeding this Claws or tentacles come from underneath the hull of the ship (it came from the water) causing more damage and knocking crew members off. The Storm best then climbs up and around the ship onto deck looking at the Captain while charging lightning around its body. Then again lightning goes off again.

- The main thing that I need to point out is that on the kit, the E ability does not change when upgraded. This is a big mistake when it comes to kit conceptualization so just imagine for now that there is something extra on it :)
- It also seems that this iteration of the kit is awfully strong in some sense. It tends to move more towards having damage output then real CC. There will be changes to this soon.

######Passive - Incarnate of Storm:
- Originally this passive was meant to be a stacking system that increased his health, size, MR and armor. This removes the point of having an empowered based system.
- Another idea was to have him gain AP over the course of the game, the idea being that this monster adapts to anything and being an incarnate of the storm which energy is the strongest form of power in the universe he would become and unstoppable late game carry champion
- The passive used to be called Traverse and of which the infinite flight used to be attached to that with no mana consumption and being able to fly over all terrain
- An older concept that I think I already suggested some of:
Energy Absorption - Gradually absorbs Electrically energy from Minions, Monsters (camps and major objectives) and enemy players with in a very small radius. These targets will take 0 damage but have a small indicated above their health bars with the amount of energy they have. Once they have hit 0 energy, it will not regenerate until they respawn.
What You Get From Your Stacks: Maximum is 500 for now - You get very little stacks from targets with the exception of dragons and baron Increased Size - There is a Cap to this (unknown) - This increases E maximum knock up and Q Size More HP - (unknown numbers and ratios)
Secondary Passive - Aftershock: Based on the amount of stacks the Kraken has, he will conjure a shock wave that deals X DMG + Stacks (N.%) Enemy Max Health. This will only happen if he is heavy CC'D or take "major damage"

######Q - Lightning Strike:
- The original idea was to have his rank 5 "Q". Cast a lightning strike down upon a target or location. This is a channel of 1.5 or 2.5 seconds which can be moved (similar to Victors ult). The channel deals X amount of damage over the short duration which is finished by a lightning strike which does X amount of damage. If a target is hit (minion,camp, monster, player or other), it will proc a Ludens like effect.

- Never used to have a W abilities but when figured it out it was on his "E" ability.
- The "W" ability used to be called Storm Fire. This ability was then transferred to a future concept that I'm working on ;)
- An idea was to call this ability Shock wave and as the name suggest, create a shock wave

######E - Traverse:
- Used to have a secondary ability - Active (Click and Hold) - Kraken charges a leap that when enemies are hit by the inner most circle are knocked up briefly. If not they are hit by a electric shock wave. If button is held, it does more damage then if he cancels his toggle fly or hard CC
- Used to do this - If Hard CC'D or deactivated, creates a ground slam that knocks people up in a very small radius

######R - Hyper Vortex:
- This was the original idea. The inspiration came from Anivia's ult
- In the early concept, it used to be on a 6 second CD but do damage and slow only. Like Anivia ult
- An idea was to call it either Hyper Shock or Aftershock and latch lightning bolts to enemies within a radius. With in the radius, lightning bolts would fall from the sky and damage enemies and at the end it would stun them. This felt too close to Morgana's ult
- Another Iteration was to have the Storm Beast Jump into the air and land in an area knocking all enemies into the air making the enemies invulnerable for 1.5 seconds then slam them back into the ground dealing damage
