This is the problem on my main account. I'm forever only allowed to win 15 LP and if I win 2 - 3 games in a row, I will lose it all in one game :|. Whats the point of playing a ranked match knowing that you are going to lose all of it in an instant due to someones mistake, afk's, trolling or other?
thats where u make a new account, youre better off getting lp on a smurf than where you are sadly, your odds are higher than playing dice with whose teammates are better
if you go nuts and win 6+ games in a row you start to get more lp from wins also if you win more games than you lose the mmr will also shift it's deltas and start giving you more lp - the truth is you can't win 100% of the games keep in mind that...
The problem of a heavy average based mmr system.
Once you play enough games to set up an average profile of sort, that's your ranked career basically over.
I stopped bothering with Ranked years ago, because climbing ranks takes hundreds upon hundreds of games, and quite frankly, I'm not made out of time.
Losing streaks tend to not be fun. If you win enough, you'll see relatively normal lp gains again. If you're fresh (or relatively fresh) off a losing streak, winning "a few" games isn't going to correct your lp gains because the game is LITERALLY telling you that you got lucky, you shouldn't be in the elo you're at, but since you won it's gonna give you a few pity points before you lose some more and align yourself with where you SHOULD be.
You have to win more to change this. There's no secret agenda or error on Riot's part that'll change it.
Recently just got a 10 in a row ranked winning streak, each one giving me only 18 LP. 10 wins, not even 1 LP more for it. Adding up, losing a match costs me 17 LP, so downright infuriating knowing the MM is a coinflip and most likely for one win, you will at times lose the same or even more so the amount of LP you earned by winning.
Fair? Yeah, if you are a masochist. Basically you accept the fact that when you lose one match, you deny one win you had recently since the LP cap is unforgiving many times as of late.
So i learned Qiyana in ranked lost like 10 in a row, now my mmr is fucked and i get -25 and +15 for the win. So the system thinks im gold ??? K For 7 days im in plat 4 went up to 80 points on a winstreak, still - 25 + 15. K ? 2 weeks 3 weeks im still in Plat 4 even if i go on a winstreak it still gives me - 25 and +15 its not possible to climb what the fuck, are Riot stupid ? Sometimes you get leavers, feeders and smurfs and sometimes i carry. But the system wants me to win 80% of the games to climb ? Thats not realistic with those leavers, feeders, etc. i need to play 10-15 hours a day and put in my best to climb at -25 +15 ratio, Riot are fucking stupid WTF i dont have 15 hours a day for this trash game. Lets say i play i get 2 feeders 40 min game K, next game we have a guy who left k - 50 LP, than next 2 games i carry +30. Thats 4 hours gone and im -20 LP, great fucking system

Your MMR is bad, and you just have to keep playing ranked until you demote or increase your MMR.

Players that feed, troll, or grief matches will be penalized if reported at the end of the game. That sort of behavior is taken very seriously and will not go unseen. I'll take a look into your troublesome teammates you've mentioned, for a manual report. I do need to note that I cannot reveal any sort of action that I may or may not have taken due to privacy concerns.
Riot games system rewards duo queue players for griefing and toxicity in ranked games. 2 report can get players auto punished by their system. In this example chatlog the “allied” adc and duo queue support wintraded a high elo game. After communicating with these players post game it was found that no punishment was issued for the griefing bot lane. Riot games is a great company guys :).
It means your rank should be lower than what it actually is.

Well, with that kind of LP gains and losses, it means your mmr is lower than it should be. This happens because you lose games at 0LP but don't demote. MMR goes down but your rank doesn't. For some fucked up reason, riot thinks demoting feels worse than not being able to see any progress for hundreds of games.
