Fiddle sticks ult bug; Visual effect cannot see:

Hello,

It has become apparent that if fiddlesticks has surprise party fiddle skin equipped you can not see his ult visual effect (graphics, UI, etc).

Its not only SP Fiddle. Had a standardskin Fid against me in ARAM, also no visuals on his ult

These morons at Riot...This bug has been happening for over 3 weeks in PBE and even tho many people reported it nobody cared...

i played against a risen fiddles skin and never seen his ult visual effects this was on SR

Is there a way to replicate this? Like, are there any factors such as Game-type (Summoners Rift Draft, Co-Op vs AI, etc) or any specific Items built?

If this is a bug that can be replicated & affects the game for both teams, then it's something that will need to be fixed ASAP.
