Champion Concept: Bolt the speeding trickster (Jungler)

A young trouble making boy that is quick and cunning. Bolt the speeding trickster used his agility and quickness to prank the people in his hometown where ekkos from. He was apart of ekkos crew but he left after he stole one of ekkos inventions which is a shoe that makes him go super fast. WIth this power of quickness he has in his grasp he played pranks on people without them even noticing. Ekko on the other hand is still trying to get his invention back from Bolt but he is hard to catch.

Passive: He has increased movement speed by 5% each time he level up

Q: Agility:...Bolt does a quick dash to his enemies stunning and damaging them and also knocking them up W: Quick feet: With this ability Bolt gains attack speed and additional damage for 3.5 secs E: Catch me if you can: Bolt activates his boots making him super fast. everything around him his slowed for 5 secs R: Road Runner: Bolt dashes through and enemy knocking them up in the air causing massive damage with them spining and also stun them for 2 secs. This ability will cause his boot to overheat so he will be slowed until his ult his off cool down.

This is something unique and also its just an idea so please let me know what you guys think. also I would love if you guys can add on or make some suggestions in the story or even the moveset.
