RIOT YOUR KILLING RAMMUS NEXT.

I've looked extensively at the Rammus changes, and they make sense. His passive now gives bonus damage instead of just some extra AD that didn't matter.

Q is now smaller, faster, and has a stronger slow. Sure it can be interrupted, but honestly it makes sense.

W yes the self-slow on it sucks, but now the resistances scale with your tank stats a lot better and you deal extra damage with your passive while W is active and reapplies his passive's damage when attacked.

E gives bonus attack speed which in turn increases his DPS due to his passive's extra damage (which is magic damage so the loss of armor dropping isn't even felt with your basic attacks) and while your W is active the attack speed refreshes.

R finally has an AOE slow so people can no longer just walk out of it like it's nothing. Yes it took a hit in damage, but at max hits the damage is still 960 (+180% APR) which is crazy strong strong for a tank champion to have.

As a whole, I think these buffs are great for Rammus and I'm excited to be wanting to use him again.

Rammus is totally dead...

you must wait 3 years , then maybe they rework him... but you must forget rammus cuz riot is useless wiht the champs updates.there are lots of dead champs that anyone play but they kill rammus hahaha another more to the black list.
