Arcade Brand

A Brand skin that changes his abilities to multicolor. His Q would be different colors every time and his W would be lots of different colors (arcade skin related colors). His E would shoot out multiple different colors if you use it on a burnt person and his ult would change colors in layers as it moves through the air, or after it hits a champion if it targets another champion it would change color. Sorry i dont know how to draw this skin but i can do abilities. Plz upvote and comment.
