Davros - The Demacian Titan
Davros is a tank, he soaks up damage and can deal it, but lacks speed. He wields his mighty Entropy Hammer, causing panic and chaos across the battlefield. Davros does have some mobility options, but these remove his durability.

Abilities:
Passive: Davros' basic attacks and spells deal 3% of his target's maximum health as bonus true damage. Davros' attack speed cannot breach past 2.000, and all movement speed increases to Davros are reduced by 15%.
Q: Whack-A-Noxus: Davros smashes the ground with his hammer, dealing 60/100/140/180/22 (15% of Davros' armor) physical damage in an area in front of him, knocking them up into the air for 1 second. Davros also sends out a shock wave upon impact that erupts from the area, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (5% magic resistance) magic damage to all units not knocked up by Whack-A-Noxus, and stuns enemies hit by the shock wave.
W: A Need for Speed: Passive: Davros gains 15/30/45/60/75 bonus armor and magic resistance. Active: Davros loses this bonus and an additional 5/10/15/20/25 armor and magic resistance, removing his passive, but gains 40/55/70/85/100% bonus movement speed. This lasts for 7 seconds or until Davros reactivates this.
E: Crushing Weight: Davros channels for 1 second. He puts his arms out in a T formation and then crashes forward, dealing 30/40/50/60/70% of his armor as physical damage to all units he lands on. He deals 50% of that damage as physical damage to all units within a 1000 unit radius. Both instances of damage knock up enemies for 1 second, and 0.5 seconds for enemies hit by the weaker portion.
R: Fear of the Titan: Davros makes his presence known. He roars to all corners of the map, fearing up to 3 random enemies for 0.5 seconds to 3 seconds depending on how close they are. (0.2 seconds is at 10,000 to 7000, 1 second is 7000 to 4000, 2 seconds is 4000 to 2000, and 3 seconds is 2000 or lower.
