Phantom is a melee (125) support, wielding a simple dagger. He may look like a common thug, but he's a dangerous enemy and can reduce a champion's overall damage output by stealing their skills. While some supports try to carry their marksmen in the early game, Phantom is the opposite. He helps the carry get kills, sure, but he mainly focuses on denying the enemy from reaching their maximum potential in the late game.

**Passive: Double Entendre:**Phantom's attacks hit twice, dealing 50% of his AD instead, and both apply on-hit effects.

Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds. (goes on cooldown even if he hasn't hit an enemy) Cost: 90 mana.

Q: Immobilize: Phantom's next basic attack for 6 seconds gains 300/325/350/375/400/425 range, as he tosses a throwing knife from his pocket, but does not activate Double Entendre. This marks them with Easy Pickings for 10 seconds, Marked enemies are slowed by 10/15/20/25/30%, and increase by 5% each time they are hit, up to 50/55/60/65/70%. If Phantom hits them, he takes 1/1/2/2/3 gold from them.

Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Cost: 50 mana.

W: Snatch: Phantom dashes an incredible distance and retreats, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (20% AP) magic damage, and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. If Phantom stuns an enemy marked with Easy Pickings, he will steal their trinket for 5 seconds, causing them to be unable to use it, and if they have one, their most expensive active item cannot be used for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds. Cost: 0 mana.

E: Monetary Distraction: Phantom tosses a pile of fool's gold at a target area that lasts for 5 seconds. Any enemy champion that enters the 350 range circumference is taunted by it for 1.5 seconds. If it disappears during the taunt, the effect ends. If Phantom picks up his own pile of fool's gold before it disappears, he the cooldown is reduced and the next cast costs 50% mana.

Cooldown: 90 seconds. (the timer starts even if he does not use the stolen ultimate during the 30 second window of time) Cost: 200/150/100 mana.

R: Phantom Arrow: Phantom conjures a yellow light bow. He is rooted for the next 3 seconds. He can then target an enemy champion, dealing 150/200/250 (+35% AD) magic damage to the target and the units around him for 300 units. They are also stunned for 1.5 seconds. The target's ultimate is then silenced for 5 seconds. For the next 30 seconds, Phantom can reuse Phantom Arrow, but instead of doing so, he uses the ultimate he silenced from his target. Any enemy who has not ranked up his ultimate or if it's own cooldown will only be silenced for 1 second on all their abilities, but Phantom can still use the ultimate.
