Vladimir Secondary Bar Idea
It's basically a Rengar clone, but changed to fit Vladimir
Each time Vladimir casts an ability, he gains a point of Siphon, up to 5. Once he has 5, his next ability grants him bonus % Spell Vamp.

If Riot ever buff Vladimir there will be a giant party somewhere
They're never gonna buff Vlad, they hate sustain tanks. He doesn't need a buff like that to begin with.
