  1. Sorcery- the further your skill-shot travels from your character the more magic pen is applied to the ability.

  2. Resolve- gain adaptive damage depending on the amount of damage u mitigated.

  3. Domination- after killing (x) number of minions your next ability deals a small amount of extra damage exclusively to champions (am not good with numbers so, i left alot out but id say around a extra 10 50 depending on level)

  4. inspiration- hextech siege, this item is a once a game deplorable minion that gives u and allies extra attacks speed moving with the minion line but deals no damage itself. (aimed to pro play supports who can lead the game in a role that has minimla turret interaction normally.)

  5. precision- if you auto attack (X) amount of time on any target u will being to heal a stacking flat amount.

Mostly just spit balling some ideas so we can get some runes out there, i wouldn't say these are 100 percent unique but i did try to make a mental effort to defy the comfort zone of just numbers.

  1. interesting but making it not apply to click-shot spells is somewhat limiting. also, i'd say make able to be magic-pen or armor-pen
  2. this one would need a to only apply to champion damage (don't want Darius to start 1 shoting because he took two tower shots) but as long as the cool-down was long enough this would be good.
  3. with the damage as low as it is this would only be a basic rune, but that may have been the point.
  4. since this is inspiration i don't mind that its a little out there, could make for some powerful split pushes.
  5. this on is a little too simple for me plus precision already has multiple healing runes

over all these have some promise just would need to pick whether you want them as standard runes or keystones.

So like a 'Nexus Siege' thing, but it should probably have a 2 min CD.
