Why so many humaniod designs ? (besides that its easy)

2017 was legitimately almost only humanoid designs from; kayn to ornn then xayah and rakan. Now going into 2018 we got 2 human-like champs so far which are from regions that have had some creative "monsters". I know, I know alot of people complain about kasai being from the void sadly just being normal in her design, But more so am disappointed that there won't be anymore chos and khazix if this keeps up.

more venting a concern then a complaint of originality, i hope the rest of the year delivers more creativity and innovation that riots known for.

(And to clarify champion releases not reworks.)

Riot said the majority of players don’t like playing Monsters/Ugly characters. Also a lot of designs can never get used because of issues with China, like how Karthus can’t be a skeleton anymore.

Why would you say that Riot won’t make another monstrous champion? We got Ivern recently, and if he qualifies as humanoid then so do Kha’Zix and Cho’Gath
