Marksman update please

Can we get a actual update for the marksman class, the rework given to the marksman class was small when compared to the different class update/ rework.

Can we also have more items or changes to current items that provide more benefits to range champions but very little benefits to melee champion or more items having special passive that can only be triggered by ranged champions.

I know this sounds annoying, but it's sorta ridiculous that riot said that they provided enough counter play for the squishy champs to turn it around or to get out of those bad situations alive, it's sorta hard when Leblanc has huge tether range, rengar ult giving his first basic attack a guarantee critical hit, fizz going for random builds and still deleting champs, yasuo still going for tank build and being capable of handling entire just cause of his passive and mobility.

I sorry if this sounds like ranting, but it's stupid that they still haven't fix these issues as they have mentioned from last years planned changes.
