If there is a Team Noxus there must be competition.

So I propose DunkMaster Garen/Jarvan.. Or some more orignal name http://www.gamezombie.tv/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/seanpic3.jpg He would have a demacian jersey which is yellow and blue. I think Darius needs competition.
