Then do Ionians not have opinions about "traitors" and heretics? Elise (who betrays her followers) was Noxian, (she's part of the Black Rose). Elise's god is Vilemaw, and Diana's god is the moon. I don't see any reason why DIana shouldn't get another skin (it's been 2 years too)

The Blood moon skin is an Ionian thing and the champions that are not Ionian are viewed as though they were part of the Ionian culture everything about the Blood Moon is Ionian meaning Riot never actually has to give a Blood Moon skin to Diana.

The Blood Moon is a term for the look of the moon on the Night of the Ionian Fire Festival.

Huh, for some reason I thought I read somewhere that he aligned with himself with Ionia, and thus becoming a non-native Ionian resident, but the place I thought I read that from says he's from unknown (guess it might just be the whole "bard mountain" just threw me off). Fun fact though, it does say the new champ coming is a rival of his and might end up expanding Bards lore :p
