gifting champions with blue essence

Ive noticed a bunch of people i know have insane amount of blue essence but nothing to spend it on. So I was curious if a gifting champions with blue essence was though of but with a limit of like 3 champions per day or something. It could also benefit new players who are having a hard time leveling up and getting new champions. It can also bring in new players since their friends may tell them that they will git them a champion they think looks interesting thus giving them more of a reason to play.

Yeah wont happend, would create a blackmarket where people sell champs for real money but charge less than RIot. Would also make botting more lucrative.

And there isn't already a black market for buying and selling stuff? And there isn't already like a crap ton of botters across the world on league of legends? It won't change anything.
