Practice tool be usable by more people at once

My friend and i, we like to do 1v1s. But the process of having to level up and kill minions/each other to get gold to make our builds we want takes almost the entire game, by the time we have our builds the minions have gotten to our bases. Being able to turn off the minions and add gold would make 1v1s for atleast us infinitely more enjoyable. So would the possibility of making the practice tool usable by up to 2 people at a time to make 1v1s with full or stupid builds more doable?
