I wanted to explore another side of the high noon universe in which there is this tribe that purge the demons out of their homeland, Illaoi is this sort of Shaman that uses the power of the blue Lizard/Snake to control the sprits and I though that Sivir with a dream catcher as her weapon it would be amazing, hope you enjoy the concepts <3 ty

High Noon Sivir or Naked Sivir ?
It's not really high noon if they're modled after native americans, especially when their colors and designs suggest more northern tribes (even if the amount of "clothes" don't)
I find it unlikely riot will make native americans especially since people freaked out when Phara was given a native american skin when she IS native american.
I feel like it might be better to have it a seperate thing from high noon. Like Mystacism Illaoi or something.
I feel like you over exaggerated Sivir's Adonis belt. Other than that I like it. Would be a nice and logical addition to the universe.
Though being honest I feel like the Vastaya would fit into the role of Shamans way better. Ooh and Kindred! Kindred would rock this thematic.
Yoo I love this idea so much. Call the skin line High Moon though. I can seriously get behind this idea.
High Noon is about the wild west with a firey theme. So they should be like bounty hunters, not natives. Its a nice design but does not fit the term High Noon or the rest of the skins.
I actually came here within intention to bash idea and then I saw pictures. Indian theme actually fits them and those are pretty nice drawings.

Sivir is a bit too buff imo. She's usually slender.
Otherwise, it's amazing.
