Lore

Kravga is one of the most intimidating soldiers in the Noxian armies. Dressed in colorful clothes decorated with bells and chimes and armed with a sword almost as long as he is tall, the towering Kravga fights with only one goal in mind: That all eyes shall be on him as he cuts through the enemy lines. With an unmatched resistance to pain and a masochistic will that only grows greater the more punishment he receives, Kravga have survived countless battles, many of which even great warriors as Sion would have died in. Being on the opposite force whenever Kravga enters the battlefield is truly a terrifying experience. Suddenly he will stand in the middle of your formation, flailing his sword around and forcing your attention to him as his allies cut you down from behind. Worst of all, no matter how much you focus your attacks on him, he just wont go down! With every hit you land his villainous smile just grows wider and his onslaught becomes more relentless until you're all dead.

When asked about his unorthodox style, Kravga explains that he was always neglected as a young kid and that made him really hungry for attention. However, the real reason is surprisingly kindhearted. He knows that he can take more pain than others and that he is harder to kill, and because of it he thinks it's better if enemies attack him, instead of his weaker allies. This do not only applies to war but also during the time he was a child and bullies picked on the other kids. He would always rush in grabbing the attention of the bullies and letting them beat the hell out of him. Because he would never give up it often ended with the bullies just got bored and walked away, but other times people rushed to his side and got some free hits from behind the bullies. In organised battles, the commanders use him exactly like that, a massive distraction that gives the other soldiers some room to breathe and attack from more favorable positions.


Abilities:

Passive: Intimidation

Every second enemies are near Kravga and when they're hit by his basic attacks or abilities they receive stacks of Intimidation that last 3 seconds and stack up to 10. Each stack of intimidation reduce the targets damage to Kravga by 2 / 3 / 4% (increased at level 7 / 13) and upon reaching 10 stacks they're taunted for 1 / 1,5 / 2 seconds. This effect have a 15 seconds cooldown on a unique target.

Applies 1 stack per second to enemies within 400 / 500 / 600 units (they need to have vision on him) Basic attacks applies 1 stack on impact

Q: Grand Entrance

Kravga leaps a significant distance striking all nearby enemies, dealing 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 210 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage, applying a 40% slow for 1 / 1,25 / 1,5 / 1,75 / 2 seconds and two stacks of intimidation. If he hits at least 1 enemy the cooldown is reduced by 40%.

W: Battletrance

Passive: Whenever Kravga is hit by a non-minion basic attack he gains a stack of Battletrance up to 10 that last 3 seconds. Each stack increase his health regeneration by 1 / 1,25 / 1,5 / 1,75 / 2 + 0,2 / 0,25 / 0,3 / 0,35 / 0,4% of his missing health per second.

Active: Kravga enters a state of focus for 4 seconds, giving him a shield that absorbs 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+8% maximum health) and grants him 10 / 13 / 16 / 19 / 22% movement speed for the duration. The effect of this ability is increased by 20% per stack of Battletrance.

Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana Cooldown: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 seconds

E: Sweeping Strikes

Passive: Kravga have 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% increased attack speed while this ability is toggled off

Toggle: Change his basic attack to a sweeping attack that deals 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 (+70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90% total AD) to all enemies in a 210 degree arc in front of him, trigger on hit effects to all enemies hit and life steal at 33% effectiveness.

No Cost No cooldown Range: Attack Range

On hit effects with cooldown (e.g Hydra items, sheen, etc) will only apply to the primary target

Ultimate: I'M YOUR TARGET

Kravga shouts and give all other nearby champions stealth for 3 / 5 / 7 seconds (minimum 1 / 1,25 / 1,5 seconds) and 20 / 25 / 30% movement speed. The stealth is broken if the target uses an damaging ability or attacks.

In addition for the following 7 seconds Kravga grows in size, gaining 25 / 50 / 75 attack range, 30 / 40 / 50% damage reduction and double the amount of Intimidation stacks applied.


Gameplay:

Kravga's gameplay is rather straight forward. He deals very little damage without items although his kit would allow him to build some damage while stil being able to take a beating. His ult have the potential to be extremely powerful with a coordinated team, allowing his teammates to either escape or re-position in a fight while giving him some increased combat power and making his AoE taunt more consistent.

As someone currently having their own champ design critiqued, suggested changes, etc. I wanted to say that his ultimate sounds ridiculous, to say the least.

Giving stealth in a radius, regardless of time frame, to an entire team is too much. Especially when his ult hits max rank and the entire team goes invisible for 7 seconds. I'd rather not have to worry about where a fiora is going to show up at for seven seconds of a team fight.

Another thing that I was also informed on, is that your mana costs seem too high. Typical mana costs for bruisers/fighters/tanks tend to range anywhere from 40-100, depending on the ability. So I'd probably lower those a bit.

As for his W, I feel that having both increased HP regeneration, on top of a shield and movement speed, is a bit much, simply due to him being able to simply walk away from any fight without much danger of being chased or killed before he's able to.
