Champion idea: Aeon the weirdling

Please dig into this even if you think it's crap, I need feedback to be able to improve.

Aeon is a support that focuses on enhancing his allies while also being capable of taking quite a bit of punishment at later levels.

#Passive ##Mana Miasma Aeon does not have any mana of his own instead draining 10-30% of any spells cast within his vision and forming a visible ring around him.( He may still build items with mana in them and they will function as intended) (400 range) All non Aeon spells that pass through the outer ring of his miasma gain damage equal to 1% of the stored mana.(max 100%)

#Q ##Pop/Crack Pop(5 mana) Aeons aa deal 100% AD and10/20/30/40/50%AP over 1 second and grant sight for the duration Crack(20/15/10/5/0 mana) Aeons AA deal 33% AD and 50% AP to up to three target. Cooldown: 4 seconds

#W ##Displace Aeon warps to target location leaving behind a glowing pool and slows all opponents in the area by 33% for 2 seconds, after 4 seconds or when reactivated Aeon and whatever is at his starting position swap places(must have a valid allied unit for second half to proc). Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 12 seconds Range: 500/600/700/800/900 AOE range 400 dia.

#E ##Bipolarity Aeon fires off a skillshot granting a charge(positive or negative depending on ally or enemy) for 5 seconds. All units will gain 20/25/30/35/40% movespeed towards units with the opposite charge. On ally cast: heals 10 health then another 10 health per damage on a negative champion. On enemy cast deal 30 magic damage and reduce their magic resist by 10% Cost: 40 Mana Cooldown: 4 seconds Range: 700 units

#R ##Synergy

Passive: Aeon converts health to mana and vice versa at a (4/2/1)/1 ratio allowing him to utilize either resource in the place of the other.

Aeon drains all his mana to ignite his miasma increasing it's range and granting all allies 2*1%mana move speed, damagin all enemies for 30%mana magic damage over the duration and restricting vision in/outside of the miasma. Cost: all Mana Cooldown: 180 seconds Range: 400+10% mana

Interesting concept and I gotta give you props for the idea of that passive, but I'm personally not too big on it as it almost completely prevents him from ever going into the solo lanes. Sure, you want him to be a support, but don't completely screw over those of us who like to play "off meta".
