New gamemode?

Since one of the best add-ons for league that makes the game cooler is the skins. How about a new game mode with you selecting a champion that you own and then can choose any skin you want? This can be great advertisement for people that want that skin and can have a first hand experience in what it actually feels like. Another pro is for the people that just can't buy skins. Sure, they can get the skins in hextech crafting but they can't actually choose which skin they want. With this, it can make Riot make people buy more skins while others can have fun testing the skins out. (Also, there could be some features that is added to this like a new map since there aren't any features that makes this a new game mode.) There are several flaws in this so I would appreciate it for any suggestions.
