New champion thought on ADC

I would think that a champion with a skill shot AA would be a spin off to the ADCs. It can be a gunner or an archer that shoots projectiles that can pass through or hit on contact of a enemy or monster. The abilities can be for mobility or adds special affects for your AA and you can have one or two of the affects at one time. The ult can make the active abilites stronger or if the AA can't make it through targets make it so but not like a Twitch ult. The champ should have low attack speed and high damage. . He can be a mercenary or a hunter that lives in Zaun.

I just thought for example this should some of its basic abilities should be: Q: The champion changes to his fire Bullets/Arrows dealing X amount of damage per second for X seconds. W: The champion uses special nitrogen bullets/arrows. First projectile hit is frozen/stunned for 1 second. Rest projectiles makes target do X% less damage to you for X seconds. E: The champion's next projectile will send the champion to where the projectile lands at.

Just an Idea

I had actually thought of this as a new support character option just last night. He would have a flare gun that you use A move to attack a location. The attack would be a straight line AoE attack with about half the dmg of normal attacks. The attack itself would be a flare gun that illuminates stealthed objects and champions. Missle speed would be somewhat slow but wide, maybe gets wider as it travels, with a range of about 450ish. I know most people would be horrified by the concept of an anti vision champion.

Nah.

Main problem is you're in direct competition with Twitch, whose DPS is insane enough that he can quadra/pentakill unaware teams in about a second at full build. Any attempt to compete with that is going to result in an underpowered champion that can't do much, or an overpowered champion that draws everyone's ire.

In this case, just going by the wording of the Q, it's no longer affected by attack speed, which is the whole point of playing an ADC. While you have missable piercing skillshots firing relatively slowly, the other guy is ripping you apart twice as fast. The stun is interesting if nothing else, but you're not really going to live long enough to get much of a benefit out of damage reduction if you're counting on that to save you, and your escape...doesn't really sound like an escape. You're definitely on the underpowered side right now.

If you were serious about this, come up with an actual thematic you can rally around instead of playing Schrodinger's Weapon and hammer out a cohesive champion. Give him/her/it a story, base their capabilities and abilities around that story, and go nuts. I'd still advise you to ditch the AA-as-skillshots deal though - if you've noticed, Twitch's ult does almost nothing else besides enable that (at 20% reduction/target) and boost his range, with a token AD bonus. It is an incredibly powerful ability that works because Twitch can reposition himself with stealth to get the best firing angle and a really good attack speed steroid. Keep that in mind.
