I think I might have an idea about the new champion(s) coming out. Riot said about a month ago that there would be AT LEAST one new champion soon. I think since this champion is looking like it's a champion that has a saddle, and you could ride, MAYBE it'll release as a double champion? Or two champions at once. The thing that you can ride, and the person that found the saddle. It seems like a cool concept.
I know somebody else on the boards introduced the idea that the new champion might have two characters than interact like Orianna and her ball.
For instance, you'd have to trick this creature into doing your work by outsmarting it, and you as the champion still have your own abilities. Maybe like scaring the creature and then having it fight back while you get away, or maybe since it's said to run away, maybe you grab hold of it and make it run so that you can get away.
It was an interesting take on the idea.
Since there are sounds in bushes it could be hints at that yordle jgler that got put on hold.
