Does Garen R still create a wave across your screen?

Pretty sad, I was one of the people who mained Garen and loved the villain mechanic. It was so satisfying to see anyone who was marked getting melted and afterwards ulted with the cool visual. Should come back imo.

I think its still there, well at least for the impaled player if they die. Don't know if the garen player sees it though.

Played him last night. If you manage to kill someone with your ult then the screen ripple appears.

The deacia justice lost its power ... feels bad man

It used to be an absurdly bright effect but that got significantly toned down. But that was like 5 years ago shortly after his VU or something?

i remember people saying that effect made them feel illness for a short moment... but it never got removed. i didnt play garen in a while but im pretty sure the effect is still there
