Drunken Fist Champion

So I had a flash of inspiration, and realized we need a drunken fist master. His story can be that he is a drinking buddy of Gragas and former either student of Lee Sin or former training partner of Lee Sin who was kicked out for all the alcohol intake. This is all I really came up with, just a rough basic lore story. I think his kit should work like Lee's where each ability has a multi stage option to get the martial arts combo feel. I do know that the animations will likely be a bit harder to develop than other champions but if done right it would be great.
