[Champion Concept] Elisai: The Runic Exodus ***8 Months Old Check Edit***

(Elisai's lore) "-As the exodus of magicians were traveling toward their settlement they stumbled upon a thick web spun by no mere spider. It had blocked their path and there was no way around so they had to go in... There was a young boy with wondering around in there! Some of the magi had rushed to the boy's aid. He said, "I'm looking for my favorite stick" The boy was only of the age of 9 and was part of the magi exodus. One of the young magi said, "Come with us! It's dangerous in here!" The young boy then said,"not until I find my fathers stick!" And ran off into the dark webs. They followed and after a short time they heard a scream in the distance and they rushed toward it's location and they found the child being wrapped up in a web with a wooden sword with runic symbols on it in his left hand. As they went to assist, a giant spider had landed in front of them! As they had gotten ready to fight it suddenly but expectantly had spit web at them and they were incapacitated. The spider then turned around planning to eat the little boy. As it was closing in one of the magi yelled loudly,"NOOOO! STOP!" The spider turned around and quickly shut all of there mouths with a quick tearing of flesh... The boy screamed at the top of his lungs and immediately the wooden sword started to glow a burning bright purple color and he pulled all of the web off of him finally and charged at the spider, with all of his strength he had pierced his target's weakened skin from behind. The spider screeched in pain but it had not killed it. But it kicked the boy down with one of it's legs and limped away as fast as possible. As the boy realized what'd happened he thought that more of the other magi would be here soon and they would think he killed the magi. He quickly escaped the web anyway he could. He had thought about those that had died because of his actions, then and there he vowed to protect anyone in need with his sword. He had grown in stature and strength in both physical and magical power. He settled in Demacia but he never forgot about the dead magi..."

Age now: 17-22 Mana?: yes, duh.

He fights with a wooden sword in his left (and 2 black runes located on his right hand) hand and the runes are burning blue flames on the both sides of the blade. They turn purple when he uses his 'R' ultimate and has a cloak or skin similar to Malzahar's default skin just without the hood and make it a darkish blue

Q: Fire Rune: Elisai turns the runes on his sword into burning red flames imbuing his magic into the blade dealing fire damage on target for a certain amount of time. After all of this has occurred it will go to a cooldown. If hits a target imbued with frostbite deals extra damage.

W: Speed Rune: Elisai activates the Rune in his right hand to become faster for a short duration allowing easy chases. If activated again (the second activation does cost a little more mana for the bonus dash) it causes Elisai to dash forward

E: Frost Rune: Elisai shoots a fast magic shot from his right hand (looks similar to Ezreals Q) causing targets to slide slowly by force and adds a debuff to any enemy unit with Frostbite

R: Exodus Rune: Elisai becomes greatly enraged over the exodus magi's deaths and Screams: "This is my Exodus! Pointing the sword toward the champion unit" for 1 second, the runes turn a blazing purple and flame up a lot. (Elisai will gain armor and magic penetration for 10 seconds after the ultimate is complete.) And will then dash toward the unit stabbing the unit in the center of the unit (this part of the ultimate deals physical damage and holding them there for 1 second, during this second you see purple flames grow quickly around you and explodes outward dealing magic damage to any enemy unit nearby.

Passive: for however many abilities are on cooldown Elisai gains armor and magic penetration.

That's just a concept, everything is adjustable. Of course I don't expect you guys to use everything. Change it at will ask me questions ask me to change and or add stuff to the communities liking I don't care I just want you guys to like it to a point where it's noticed. EDIT ~ This was me 8 months ago lols. Still a cool idea I'd like to see happen. But now that I've played the game more I think I'd like to redo this whole thing xD.
