The skin itself is rather old and clunky... In fact I'm kinda hoping it gets a clean shave if that makes sense. Just make the particles and general armor look "cleaner". It's rather a crappy skin for something that costs so much RP. In fact I don't even use it anymore in comparison to his other skins.
I agree, it looks out-dated and looks eh. For a legendary, I think it can be worked on for how much money you spend buying it. None the less, everything else is perfect. Maybe a different dance if hes "Centuries ahead of them". - Ezreal
It would be worth already, if the announcer changed to the AI voice. And preferably a way for teammates to toggle that as well, like DJ Sona's music. But yeah. Compared to the other Ultimate skins, or even newer legendaries, it's rather meh.
Pulsefire Ezreal is a problem for Ezreal in general.
I asked IronStylus about the possibility of an Ezreal visual update, and he mentioned that they're a bit scared to do so because it could completely bug out Pulsefire Ezreal. So Ezreal's base can't be updated until they basically re-build Pulsefire Ezreal, and that could take a comparable time to making a brand new Ultimate Skin (probably not as long, since a lot of work is done, but still a long time).
Additionally the presence of Pulsefire Ezreal has gimped Ezreal's other skins. Ezreal only has one skin with different particles, Pulsefire, tied for the most expensive skin. All of his other skins are at the lowest price point Riot offers. There's no middle ground in his skins, and it's a bit sad.
