Caitlyn rework on her passive and her w

I'm kind of annoying by people who said Jhin is more like a sniper than Caitlyn even though it's true. So I think it will be great if there could be some changes that make Caitlyn fitting more to her background story. (I'm very excited for my idea of her w)
Passive:
When Caitlyn stopes moving, it increase her lethality by a amount as the time goes.
- the longer she stays, the more lethality she gets (with limit of course) -to be in the grass will increase the speed to get lethality. (like have 5 lethality to not move for 1 second but in the grass it will be 7 lethality to not move for 1 second)
(this is what a sniper feels like right? To not moving and it will increase your ability to aim and resulting in a more deadly shot)
w: Caitlyn place down a trap that will give her vision.
- the trap will only be visible to the enemy when they are near the trap. -Caitlyn will be able to attack anything in the vision of the trap, no matter how far the trap is. (something like the sand soldier of Azir) -Caitlyn's attack speed is modified when she aim at the enemy in the range of the trap (like only attack once per 2 second, one second aim, one second reload. So people have time walk out of range) the modified attack speed increase by leveling up the ability -The trap (when step on) will not stunted the enemy but will give Caitlyn their vision for an amount of time. -the vision of the trap can be blind by control ward or that red thingy (I forgot the name) -[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Conclusion: I have realised according to the background story she is a hunter/tracker but she is also a sniper. It's hard to bring both of those two identity together but I think to kill a person across the map because Caitlyn "tracked" where they will go is cooler than try to make her a adc rengar(hunter) .
