summoner's rift's dragon
Right now I feel that there is too much luck involve about taking the dragons, we never know which dragon it is going to be. This denies lots of strategies that pro teams can play around dragons. I think there should be some way for the teams to control what dragon they want.
Rift Scuttler can be a factor involved in changing the type of dragon. For example, in the beginning of the game, the Rift Scuttler's color will change while it is walking. Each color crossbones with a type of dragon: red for fire dragon, white for wind dragon, blue for ocean dragon, and brown for mountain dragon. The first Rift Scuttler that is been kill will decide which dragon is gonna appear depended on the color it is when it's been killed. (this will lead to a situation where early team fight or even level 1 team fight to become very important, Which is bad for a late game team, therefore an extended feature below is needed.)
Additionally, the color should change smoothly, which means that there are times when both colors appear on a Rift Schutter. When it is been killed in this situation, no dragon can be decided. The dragon can only be decided on the next Rift Schuttler that appears. As a payback to that condition, the Rift Schuttler with both colors appear has lower armor and magic resist. (The purpose of this feature is for teams that are bad at early team fights to be able to have a chance to deny the other team to get the dragon they wanted.)
If no Rift Schuttler is killed, the dragon will appear randomly as usual.
