the reason why rakan and xayah don't have a child is because xayah and rakan are love birds. meaning they're wild and crazy lovers that are experiencing all the positives and joys of the romanticized version of love and not the more mature themes like birth and taxes.
to put it simply rakan and xayah are lovers in a pg-13 sense.
I really dont think they would have a child, let alone riot would make it, it doesnt make sense, maybe in some sort of skin when they recall together a child will appear or something, but dont count on it.
