Why does Akali get 2 skins in 3 months while some champs like Oren, Kindred, and Reksie not have a new one in years?
I would like to know the fairness of this
P.S Can we get a new Kayn skin?

Kayn skins are hard. They need three totally different models and animations sets, where more champs only need one to get a new skin. Kayn skins take at least triple the effort to make.
I do agree about the forgotten champs needing skins. Ornn, Taliyah (esports skins don't count. The devs didn't choose to make them and they limited availability), Rek'Sai, Kindred, Skarner, Vel'Koz, Xerath, Sion, Shyvana, the list goes on.
