tribunal reworking?

HOW ABOUT A REAL TRIBUNAL ( idea) when some one is about to get banned search for players online in the past who have encountered this player there should be 7 vs 1 and the one is the person who is about to be temp/perm banned EXCLUSIVELY HAVE A VOIP CHAT FOR THIS INSTANCE OF COURT if they cant talk have them type and use the time to talk to each other and review the charges , and previous dealings {like in html tribunal} have a court system layout and the player will be forced to attend or never be able to leave that system ... intell the hearing is finished
