Dragon ward skin plz?

when the dragon skins came out for year of the dragon i was impressed . i am born under that zodiac, when the next 2 years came ... i was dissapointed for not geting that skin for a ward when other years zodiacs (less mythical) got them well reto my money is in my pocket for now
