Ladder pay out's

There should be ladder payout's to the challenger players. League of Legends has an absurd amount of rules, plus it's no secret that they make a ton from riot point rewards. It's just not fair for challenger players to get to the top and have their rank reset at the end of the season. There should be a pay out for it.

if they are challenger they usually get masters or challenger again when you are the top you stay there
