Unskilled report option and False report
Both of those options should be added to the report list at the end of a game.

The system is already looking for false reports, you don't need to ask it to. And you don't even know who makes a report, so how would you even use that?
unskilled was just a venting tool, it did nothing.
Though I have to say, even I used unskilled reporting as a vent.
