Overall think of Inspector Gadget. But bulkier.

Q - Extended arms. W - Metal bits fall off him. E - While leaning forward a blade comes out of his head, pulling him up and forward. R - Mix of W/E

Passive drops would be metal bits such as gears or screws. Revive blobs would be parts as well. Hands that are crawling back. A foot rolling. Maybe even his head rolling.

I think this would fit what Riot is looking for on him. I know they don't want to make a reskin for him. So something like "Pool Party Zac" where he is overall just a blue reskin with swimming trunks. They would have to get extra creative to make it work. Such as using a surfboard for his Q. But that still leaves 4 other skills and 2 passives. This actually changes him from a blob to a cyborg/robot.

But at this point I think even a reskin would make people happy. At least the few that dedicate to playing him still.
