Ragnal, the Fire Priest

Mostly just a random kit thought. Haven't put much into lore or anything else.

Passive - Dedicated Ragnal gains a 30% movement speed boost when moving toward enemy or allied champions after casting a spell.

Q - Heat Funnel Ragnal sends heated air under the ground in a set direction. At full distance the fire will erupt from the ground, dealing moderate damage and knocking up targets. Ragnal may activate this ability again to cause the eruption earlier in it's path. (Special interaction when in river, steam blows up instead of heat)

W - Warm Refuge Creates a shield around self. If cast on an allied champion Ragnal will channel warmth to selected allied champion. Healing them over the duration of the channel. This will also heal nearby allied champions(including self) for 25% the normal value. Heal is ended if shield is broken(or other normal mean of breaking channels).

E - Bright Ember Places a barrier of heat around allied champion. Next basic attack deal to ally will cause it to explode in a bright flash, blinding the attacker and returning damage to further basic attacks for 4 seconds. If no damage is taken after 3 seconds. Allied champions next basic attack will deal magic damage equal to 10/20/30/40/50% of their attack damage and reducing their targets bonus armor and magic resist by 5/10/15/20/25.

R - Bask Ragnal creates a large ring of heat around himself for 5/6/7 seconds. All allies basic attacks and abilities will deal addition flat damage on hit(not on damage, silly dot users). As well as be healed for a % of this damage dealt. Ragnal takes 10/20/30% reduced damage for it's duration.

Ability ends early if it deals x total damage. (Mainly to avoid Swain abuse)

It doesn't scream out "fire user" currently. It doesn't act like fire, it is too controllable with effects that are too defensive.

What if for the passive his abilities burn the ground for a while, which he can walk on to speed up. (Running across hot coals)

If you want to go into the support aspect what about an ability that creates temporary torches, that act like wards but exploding when enemies come close, setting fore to the area around them. You can't fully control the ability reminding the player how wild fire can be.
