New Gametype

I think it's about time Riot finally shows 90% of the community just how complicated balancing is; here is how I say they do it.

Create a new game type called "Rito pls nerf", it would start the same as normal queue but champions, and items would be nerfed and buffed according entirely to community feedback. You could create a new board that only has 2 posts 1 with all champions and 1 with all items. There would just be a thread with a poll that says "nerf" or "buff" and then whichever gets the most votes you just tweak the champion and wait till next week, then see how quickly everything gets way out of hand.
