So here is a garbage idea but I would still honestly buy it....so here it is, drum roll please.

Runterra (An RPG in the League of Legends Universe)

So hear me out you choose to play as your favorite champion and you get play out their lore...You could have interaction with other champs, fight in the wars, live through the harrowing, all of that... Can you imagine having like 140+ different story lines to play...Okay trash idea out of the way go ahead and down vote me into oblivion.

they would have to hire actual writers (good ones) to fix the current cluster of a lore, then generate a bunch of content that makes sense with logical flow

Imagine a game like TES but based on League of Legends.

Kindred~ I wonder how that would play out

Honestly? Nah.

Why play for 140 characters while i might be interested only in 10 tops?

and why make me play as a champion rather an other character that just happens to pass by, since i know already how the story is going to end so i can actually explore the world they are trying to build?

as a pen and paper roleplay game i can see that happening but only for a certain place and time and only for certain champions, so to speak.

Single player games have a hard time holding my interest, so I probably wouldn't play it.

It'd also be a ton of work to build all the new assets for, including model updates for champions that don't look like they fit into League any more. I don't think they could just charge for skins in an RPG and have it be self sufficient, so you've got to rethink monetization (maybe a pay per story arc?).

I suspect that Riot's next game won't be based around League's champions. It'll either be set in Runeterra and be an MMORPG or it'll be a new franchise all together.

Omg the possibilities....

TahmKench: traveling bilgewater causing trouble and then offer people a deal to get out of it Quinn: being a demacian scout in noxus, assassinating people and flying with valor Ekko: like prince of persia, surviving in the streets of zaun and being able to rewind time RekSai: leading the Xer'Sai hunting down caravans Jhin: get hired to kill specific targets, bonuses for creative killing methods

I could spend days just imagining how absolutely PERFECT that rpg would be. [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

Nah, there's no way in hell it'd be better than a real RPG
