Day/Night Cycle?

You think Riot is ever going to add one? Because if you ask me, it could be really cool. Like in the night time the jungle monsters could become more dangerous and maybe even look different, certain champions like maybe Diana or Nocturne could become more powerful at night while others like Leona could have some strengths during the day. And maybe have some weather patterns to add even more uniqueness to the game. And depending on the time of day and the weather, there could be different strategies and play styles throughout the entire game. I know DotA 2 has this but Riot can make it so much different than DotA's that it won't feel that similar. Maybe even make an entirely new epic jungle monster that comes out only at night time? Honestly it could be pretty cool and I hope Riot takes this into consideration.

Also another thing that's on my mind, jungle changes. Almost every year Riot changes something about the jungle, like last year they added plants and removed smite buffs. Well is Riot ever going to change the jungle terrain and paths, like add new camps or change the shape of the jungle terrain? They could add new jungle strategies and clear paths if they did this which could make choosing where to go just that much more important.
